About Me

For as long as I can remember, I’ve been obsessed with current events and stories that shape the world around us. As news has shifted into a more digital era, I’ve loved watching anchors and reporters find new ways to connect with their audiences. I want to be part of that movement by using social media and ethical, innovative reporting to reach people from my generation in a way that feels real and credible. I’m especially interested in how AI can strengthen journalism when it’s used responsibly, while not replacing the human element that makes this work meaningful.

Outside of journalism, you can usually find me playing guitar, writing music or poetry, or hiking with my dog. My faith grounds me, and I stay involved in several Christian organizations on campus.
